Pre/Post Body Appointment Instructions
Appointment Prep Instructions
Please make sure you shower or bathe prior to your appointment.
On the day of your appointment wear loose fitting clothing and/or bring change of clothes. Disposable undergarments are available. Do not eat 30 minutes - 1 hour before appointment. Drink at least 1 liters of water daily leading up to your appointment. Reschedule if you are on your menstruation. You can book 3 days before or 3 days after your cycle. It is recommended you receive treatments every 72 hours/3 days or once a week (only if working out regularly).
Post Appointment/Instructions
Drink at least 1 liter of water daily. Do not eat 30 minutes - 1 hour after your appointment. For maximum results, complete 30-45 minutes of physical activity a day. Limit carbs, alcohol and sugar intake for 72 hours. Do not take a steaming hot shower and/or get in the sauna 24 hours after your body contouring treatment.
What you should know...
Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Appointments should booked up to 24 hours in advance online. Same Day Appointments accepted 2 hours in advance of requested appointment time. Full pre-pay amount of service is required at time of booking. Guest are allowed but are limited to waiting in the lobby. For safety reasons ~ No children are allowed at any time. Bottled water and herbal tea available. No alcoholic beverages allowed at any time.
Cancellations
It is required, you cancel and/or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation Fees will apply.
No Call No Show
Deposits and / or full payment of services is required at time of booking. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment date. Deposits are nonrefundable. No Call No Show client future appointments will not be honored without full payment of selected service.
Packages and Memberships
All sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds issued. Packages sessions must be used within 60 -90 days from purchase, depending on plan purchased. Memberships require initiation fee of $50 with 3 month commitment. If chargebacks occur Body Cafe ATL's legal team will take necessary legal action.

Refunds
All sales are final. Deposits are nonrefundable in any case. In person consultations are nonrefundable. Please check with your health provider prior to scheduling your appointment. There are no refunds on any unused sessions within 60 days. Our plans and subscriptions are on a use it or lose it policy.
